Margo Wolf O’Donnell is a partner in and Co-Chair of Benesch’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. She is an experienced litigator who handles a variety of cases, including litigation involving restrictive covenants, business torts, employment issues, intellectual property, and class action defense. Margo’s experience includes federal, state, and administrative agency litigation involving allegations of sex, race, national origin, disability and age discrimination, wage-and-hour violations, and breach of contract. Stephanie Penninger is a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Transportation & Logistics Practice Groups and Chair of the firm’s Maritime Transportation Group. She focuses her practice on representing motor carriers, third party logistics providers, ocean transportation intermediaries, national shippers, large private fleets, and water carriers in the domestic, non-contiguous trade lanes concerning transportation and logistics matters.
