As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to announce that Corey Clay has joined the firm.
Corey joins the firm as Of Counsel and represents and counsels employers in a broad range of employment and labor relations matters. His litigation experience ranges from single plaintiff discrimination cases to large class actions brought under state and federal law, including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Labor Management Relations Act (LMRA), and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). He has also represented employers in collective bargaining negotiations and grievance arbitrations.

Prior to joining Benesch, Corey was a labor associate at an AmLaw Top 10 law firm and also spent time as in-house counsel at a global manufacturer of specialized polymer materials and plastic resin distributor.
Corey received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2010 and his B.S., in Mathematics and Computer Science with a minor in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Baldwin-Wallace College in 2007.
