Benesch is pleased to announce that Kristen-Elise DePizzo has joined the firm’s Cleveland office.
Kristen-Elise is an associate in Benesch’s Litigation Practice Group and concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Benesch, Kristen-Elise was an associate at Paul, Weiss in New York, where she gained jury trial experience and assisted clients in resolving securities, breach of contract, reinsurance, and employment disputes. She also has experience defending clients against regulatory investigations and conducting internal investigations, including in the employment and merger contexts.

Kristen-Elise received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2011 where she was Order of the Coif and a member of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. She received her B.A. from Yale University in 2008 where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. From 2013 to 2014, Kristen-Elise was a law clerk for the Honorable James S. Gwin of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. She is currently permitted to practice in New York only and not yet admitted to practice in Ohio.
